Reagetswe Trading has already worked with Coreslab on about eight building projects, six of which have involved extensions to houses. This is a professional working relationship that started many years ago when Reagetswe Trading was on the scout for ways to fast-track the construction of suspended slabs for its double-storey residential projects.
“We wanted to eliminate downtime that is associated with other suspended slab construction methods. Coreslab offered an extremely quick and efficient way of constructing suspended slabs. Our first project working together was a resounding success, and we have since never looked back. The company’s hollow-core slabs arrive at our worksite and Coreslab lifts and places them onto the load-bearing walls. We usually plan to continue working at the next level the day after the hollow-core slabs have been installed. There is no need for extensive preparatory work and waiting for the concrete to cure before being able to proceed with the project. We are also confident that the suspended slabs will be completed correctly the first time round so there are no costly delays and waste of materials,” Ben Hlabjago of Reagetswe Trading says.
This project was managed on behalf of Coreslab by Johan Muller. “Coreslab has nurtured a great working relationship with Reagetswe Trading over the years. There is trust between the two companies and we have learnt to work very well together to solve any unforeseen challenges quickly to avoid delaying the works.
