Project 28

Coreslab has helped Woodtec Construction successfully deliver more than 100 housing units thus far. More recently, we worked alongside this leading building contractor on a mining accommodation project. This is the second such project that we have successfully completed with Woodtec Construction.

“Coreslab has remained a very committed partner since we started working together about 11 years ago. The company is dedicated to delivering the best service, which includes maintaining the highest possible health and safety levels on all its projects. This is especially important when undertaking work for mines. I also have direct access to senior staff, while skilled and experienced project managers, such as Clifford Mogale, are deployed to our projects. They continue to supply a professional service,” Jan Ebersohn, Project Manager of Woodtec Construction, says.

Woodtec Construction prefers hollow-core slabs because it is faster than other methods of constructing suspended slabs. Work can start above and below almost immediately after they have been installed to keep construction on track. On this latest project, 12 units were completed in only eight days. This is testament to the efficiency of our methods, as well as the capabilities of Woodtec Construction.

Located in Flax Street, Musina, these units were completed on behalf of BMH Africa and will house employees of a leading diamond mining company.
