Coreslab is a leading designer, manufacturer and installer of suspended concrete slab solutions. These include quality hollow-core slabs and rib-and-block systems.

Established in 2008 to mainly supply precast-concrete solutions to the residential market, the company’s suspended slab technology has also since been deployed on large property developments. These include commercial, industrial, hospitality and retail projects, as well as government-led social infrastructure projects, such as low-cost housing, schools and student accommodation. We also manufacture a comprehensive range of precast-concrete bridge beams and parapets. Moreover, Coreslab undertakes special projects that involve the manufacture of unique precast-concrete elements.

This is considering the role that these precast concrete technologies, especially hollow-core slabs, play in fast-tracking building projects by providing a more efficient means of constructing concrete slabs. Manufactured by Coreslab in a controlled environment, the hollow-core slabs are placed directly onto the load-bearing walls as they arrive on site by skilled and experienced project-management and installation team. After they have been installed, the various trades can commence working above and below almost immediately to significantly accelerate production.
