Coreslab oversees the suspended slab, as well as the manufacture and installation of the hollow-core slabs and precast-concrete beams. This eliminates errors that lead to waste and cost overruns on a typical residential building project. The hollow-core slabs are placed directly onto the load-bearing walls and then grouted. This does away with the need to install formwork, propping and staging, as well as construction materials. There is also no downtime while waiting or the suspended slab to cure. Work can continue above and below almost immediately after the suspended slab has been installed.
