This is the third project that Ben Ndou has completed with Coreslab, and we can report that it was also a resounding success. “I will continue using the company’s services simply because they provide an effortless way of constructing floor slabs. Barring the speed at which it is able to construct a suspended slab, the company’s workmanship is of the highest possible quality. Therefore, receiving a certificate of compliance is a simple process, saving me a lot of time. This on its own is a major benefit, Ndou says.
Located in Koro Creek Golf Estate, the project entailed constructing a 224m2 suspended slab using hollow-core slabs. As part of the project, Coreslab also installed 10 precast-concrete beams ranging between 2m and 5.8m in length.
“It is always a pleasure working with Ben. He knows we won’t let him down, so he lets us get on with what we do best. We are yet to disappoint him,” Johan Muller of Coreslab concludes.
